Update 2/18: An insider tells the Daily Mail that "Pete and Kim were very cordial to each other every time they had to interact during SNL50. So much was happening that they didn't really have to be in the same place at the same time but the times they were, everything was okay. They didn't really flirt, nor should anyone think they will start hooking up again, but there was no weirdness that some might expect from exes."

A source also tells People that Pete "has nothing but love and respect for Kim. He hopes everyone can move on."

Original Story 2/17: Pete Davidson and Kim Kardashian reunited at SNL50 more than two years after their split, and it was slightly awkward. PopCrave got a video of Kim walking by Pete as he was chatting to guests, and while it doesn't look like she clocked him, he appears to have noticed her...and maybe followed off-camera? Unclear.

As a reminder, the pair started dating after Kim hosted Saturday Night Live (and they shared a kiss during their Aladdin skit), and were together for nine months until parting ways in August 2022.

E! News spoke to a source who said they still have “a lot of love and respect for each other.” As for the reason they broke up, apparently long-distance and their busy schedules “made it really difficult to maintain a relationship.”

Kim vaguely spoke about the split on The Kardashians, saying, “Breakups are just not my thing…I’m proud of myself. We just had talks and talks, we had been talking about it. So it was both of us just communicating really well about it. It’s obviously sad.”

Meanwhile in October 2024, a source told People that Pete is "still friends with pretty much all his exes" and noted that "He and Kim still talk occasionally. He’s a good guy, and they root for him."
